AJ Fernandez Last Call Habano
In the years prior to 2016, visitors of A.J. Fernández's "White House Estate" (adjacent to his famed Tabacalera Fernández factory in Estelí, Nicaragua) grew increasingly fond of a curiously short smoke, which was often handed out during the waning hours of late-night football games. Eventually, this led to a full-fledged release in the form of the A.J. Fernández Last Call, a short but satisfying smoke to begin the day (or cap off late-night get-togethers).
The Last Call cigar has since grown to include a larger selection of sizes (though all still maintain the spirit of short/sweet experiences) and an accompanying Last Call Maduro sister cigar, prompting the original to now be known as Last Call Habano.
The cigar makes use of an oily Ecuadorian Habano rosado wrapper over A.J.'s famed Nicaraguan leaf throughout the binder and filler. This makes for a medium body and full flavor output, including easily approachable characteristics of fresh-ground coffee beans, sweet caramel, clean cedar, and cappuccino cream through the finish.
- Strength: Medium-Full
