Founded in 2013 by James Brown, Black Label Trading Company (BLTC) has since grown to become one of the most beloved brands in the boutique cigar space. Black Label launched with a whopping SIX unique cigars, largely centering on dark concepts and visuals, fittingly paired with primarily dark smoking profiles. Among these was the Black Label Trading Co. Lawless cigar, a punchy Nicaraguan flavor bomb bearing the visuals of a bull's skull wrapped in barbwire. This sets the tone for the smoking experience to follow, showcasing a ruddy Ecuadorian Habano rosado wrapper over all-Nicaraguan binder/fillers. The cigars are rolled at Brown's own Fabrica Oveja Negra factory in Estelí, Nicaragua, which has become known as a hotspot for bold, edgy craft cigars. With the BLTC Lawless, the cigars are known for offering a medium-full intensity, billowing with smoke from the get-go, and hitting standout flavors of roasted nuts, mineral-rich soil, leather, and chewy stone fruit riding just below the surface.
