Cinco Décadas debuted from Joya de Nicaragua in 2018, being made in commemoration of the company's milestone 50th anniversary. Cinco Décadas is therefore dubbed the finest smoking experience in the company's impressive collection of cigars, utilizing their most select tobaccos and being rolled only by the most talented torcedores at the famed Fábrica de Tabacos Joya de Nicaragua factory in Estelí, Nicaragua. With the name translating to mean Five Decades, the cigar follows the nomenclature of Joya's fan-favorite Cuatro Cinco line, together making up the brand's top tier Obras Maestras series (translating to mean Masterpieces). With Joya being the first and oldest cigar factory in Nicaragua, Cinco Décadas pays tribute to the company's legacy, being rolled in the company's most iconic formats and showcasing a fine-tuned Nicaraguan puro recipe. Joya selects their oldest, most prime, vintage tobaccos from their tobacco inventories, amounting to a regal smoking experience, boasting a medium body and deep flavor nuances of red pepper, aged tobacco, cedar, cream, and sweet raisins through the finish.
