Shortly after Matt Booth's beloved Room101 Cigars brand was acquired by Scandinavian Tobacco Group (STG) in 2022, the duo got to work, tapping Booth's creativity in reimagining STG's Los Statos Deluxe line. The modernized LSD, as it is known, was quick to catch on with cigar hobbyists, and LSD sequels have since followed each year following. The latest addition is the most limited/premium to date, dubbed Los Statos Deluxe Limited Edition. The project is considered a three-way collaboration between Matt Booth (Room101), Justin Andrews (STG), and William Ventura (Tabacalera William Ventura), crafting the cigar's out of Ventura's boutique-minded factory in the DR. Sophisticated in nature and medium to medium-plus in intensity, Los Statos Deluxe Limited Edition begins with a Mexican San Andrés maduro wrapper; this leaf is secured over an Ecuadorian Sumatra binder and hearty fillers of Connecticut-grown Broadleaf, Pennsylvania Broadleaf, and Corojo '98 from Nicaragua. The limited cigars were rolled in a single 5½” x 50 figurado size, which allows for a nice evolution when burning through the shapely format. This blend brings out an aromatic experience with a lingering finish, hitting standout notes of earth, baking cocoa, molasses, and cola. *No promotional codes or offers available with these items
