The Matilde Quadrata is the third release from the legendary Seijas family and their Matilde Cigars company. Family patriarch, José Seijas, renowned for overseeing the production of iconic brands like Montecristo and Romeo y Julieta, found new inspiration in the historic Dominican brand La Matilde. Together with his son, Enrique, he revitalized the brand under the streamlined name Matilde. Following the success of their first two releases, Renacer and Oscura, Matilde introduced the critically acclaimed Quadrata cigar. The Matilde Quadrata is a meticulously crafted blend that reflects Seijas’ decades of experience and dedication to the art of cigar making. Wrapped in an oily Ecuadorian Habano leaf, this box-pressed cigar (hence the quad in its name) features a Dominican binder and a rich combination of Nicaraguan and Dominican fillers.
